A one-week online session dedicated to the legal framework in sport

The third session of the sixth edition of the MESGO, initially scheduled in Brussels, took place online from 3rd to 7th May 2021.

The session was co-directed by Nathalie Alaphilippe and Jean-Christophe Breillat, both lawyers at CDES. During this week, dedicated to the “legal framework in sport”, the debates focused, among others, on the disciplinary procedures, EU law, advocacy and lobbying.
